BHSc Physiotherapy

I graduated from AUT as a physiotherapist in 2023, having gained experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, and acute medical environments. 

I developed an interest in physiotherapy as a teenager, particularly in sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Having encountered many physios in sporting environments throughout these years, I had a great respect for the profession and wanted to gain a greater understanding of the body. 

Outside of physio, I like to live an active lifestyle, particularly with running and football. In my spare time, I enjoy getting outside and spending time with friends and family.
